Eli Meir Kaplan studied photography at the International Center of Photography in New York before attending the University of Texas' masters program in photojournalism. Eli was a student work winner in the PDN Photography Annual 2007 and was published in PDNedu's fall 2007 Storytellers section. He also participated in the Eddie Adams Workshop and completed a photo internship at the Austin American-Statesman.
